大正新修大藏经第 02 册 No. 0150B 九横经 No. 150B 佛说九横经 后汉安息国三藏安世高译 佛在舍卫国祇树给孤独园。佛便告比丘:“有九辈九因缘,命未尽便横死。一者为不应饭为饭,二者为不量饭,三者为不习饭饭,四者为不出生,五者为止熟,六者为不持戒,七者为近恶知识,八者为入里不时不如法行,九者为可避不避。如是为九因缘,人命为横尽。 “一、不应饭者,名为不可意饭,亦为以饱腹不停调。 “二、不量饭者,名为不知节度多饭过足。 “三、不习饭者,名为不知时冬夏,为至他国郡,不知俗宜,不能消饭,食未习故。 “四、不出生者,名为饭物未消,复上饭,不服药吐下,不时消。 “五、为止熟者,名为大便小便来时,不即时行,噫吐啑下风来时制。 “六、不持戒者,名为犯五戒,杀、盗、犯他人妇、两舌、饮酒,亦有余戒,以犯便入县官,或弦死,或捶杖利刃所斫刺,或辜饥渴而终;或以得脱,从怨家得手死,或惊怖念罪忧死。 “七、为近恶知识者,名为恶知识,已作恶便反坐。何以故?坐不离恶知识故,不觉善恶,不计恶知识恶,态不思恶知识恶。 “八、为入里不时者,名为冥行,亦里有诤时行,亦里有县官长吏追捕不避,不如法行者,入里妄入他家舍中,妄见不可见,妄听不可听,妄犯不可犯,妄说不可说,妄忧不可忧,妄索不可索。 “九、为可避不避者,名为当避弊象、弊马、牛奔、车、蛇虺、坑井、水火、拔刀、醉人、恶人,亦余若干恶。如是为九因缘辈,人命未尽当坐是尽,慧人当识当避是因缘,以避乃得两福,一者得长寿,二者以长寿乃得闻道好语言亦能行。” 诸比丘欢喜受行。 佛说九横经
