大正新修大藏经第 02 册 No. 0134 佛说长者子六过出家经 No. 134 [No. 125(35.10)] 佛说长者子六过出家经 宋沙门释慧简译 闻如是: 一时婆伽婆在舍卫城祇树给孤独园。尔时,僧伽罗摩长者子,乃至六出家为道便,往至世尊所,头面礼足在一面立。时僧伽罗摩长者子白世尊言:“愿世尊听出家学道,时僧伽罗摩得出家学道。”时,世尊告僧伽罗摩比丘:“汝当行二法。云何为二?止观是也。”僧伽罗摩比丘白佛言:“甚解世尊!甚解如来!”世尊告曰:“我取要而说,云何言甚解耶?”僧伽罗摩白佛言:“止者诸结永息,观者世尊,观一切诸法。”世尊告曰:“善哉善哉!僧伽罗摩!我取要说法,能广分别。”时僧伽罗摩即从佛受如此教,在闲静处而思惟此义,在闲静处思惟此义已,族姓子剃除须发着三法衣,以信坚固出家学道,修无上梵行,尽生死原,梵行已立,所作已办,更不复受母胞胎。时,尊者僧伽罗摩便成阿罗汉果。 时,僧伽罗摩未出家时有妇母在,闻女夫出家,僧伽罗摩长者子乃至七反,于如来所出家学道,更不习欲,舍家业仆从。时,僧伽罗摩妇母便将女诣僧伽罗摩比丘所,在前默然立,再三叹息,便作是语:“汝僧伽罗摩!无义无礼,不端思惟舍我女,于如来所出家学道,诸有舍卫城王及大臣长者婆罗门刹利,见我女者悉皆迷惑莫知所在,如常怀敬念愿与居止,汝不思惟而弃我女。”时尊者僧伽罗摩便说偈言: “此外更无要, 此外亦无比, 此外更无观, 善虑无过此。” 尔时,尊者僧伽罗摩妇母,语僧伽罗摩言:“我女意有何咎何过?乃使汝捐弃,于如来所出家学道?”时,尊者僧伽罗摩,便说偈曰: “恶口常诽谤, 嫉姤心怀奸, 瞋恚喜妄语, 如来说大恶。” 尔时,尊者僧伽罗摩妇及妇母,从头至足皆悉观,此比丘从足至头亦复悉观,我尊者僧伽罗摩足,便作是言:“愿尊者,忏悔我愚痴所为亦不别真。”僧伽罗摩言:“愿妹常安隐寿命延长。”时,僧伽罗摩妇便语母言:“僧伽罗摩称我为妹,此必不复乐欲。”便语僧伽罗摩言:“愿尊者僧伽罗摩,忏悔愚痴所为然不别真。”僧伽罗摩言:“愿妹安隐寿命延长。”时,僧伽罗摩妇及妇母,头面礼足绕三匝,再三叹息便退去。 时,尊者阿难,从舍卫城遥见尊者僧伽罗摩妇及妇母,见已便作是语:“诸妹见僧伽罗摩不耶?”僧伽罗摩妇对曰:“见僧伽罗摩亦与言语,然我愿不果。”时,尊者阿难,默然而行。时尊者阿难还自诣房,收摄衣钵澡手洗足,以尼师檀着肩上诣世尊所,头面礼足在一面坐,须臾退坐以此因缘具白世尊。尔时,世尊便说偈曰: “腐树求萌芽, 火中求水渧, 水中而求火, 无欲而求欲。” 尔时,世尊告诸比丘:“我声闻中第一比丘能降伏魔,所谓僧伽罗摩比丘是。” 尔时,诸比丘闻佛所说,欢喜奉行。 佛说长者子六过出家经
