大正新修大藏经第 01 册 No. 0077 尊上经 No. 77 [No. 26(166)] 佛说尊上经 西晋月氏国三藏竺法护译 闻如是: 一时,婆伽婆在舍卫城祇树给孤独园。彼时,尊者卢耶强耆,在释䩭瘦阿练若窟中。彼时,尊者卢耶强耆,晨起而起,出窟已,在露地敷绳床,着尼师檀已,依结加趺坐。于是有天,形色极妙,过夜已来诣尊者卢耶强耆所,到已礼尊者卢耶强耆足,却住一面已,因彼天光明,以妙光悉照窟。彼天却住一面已,白尊者卢耶强耆曰:“比丘比丘!持贤善偈及解义不?”如是说已,彼尊者卢耶强耆报彼天曰:“此天!我不持贤善偈及解义。汝天!持此贤善偈及解义不?”如是说已,彼天报尊者卢耶强耆曰:“此比丘!我持贤善偈,不解义。” “云何,汝天!持贤善偈而不解义?” “此比丘!我一时世尊在罗阅祇迦兰陀竹园,彼为诸比丘说贤善偈: “‘过去当不忆, 当来无求念, 过去已尽灭, 当来无所得, 谓现在之法, 彼彼当思惟。 所念非牢固, 智者能自觉。 得已能进行, 何智忧命终? 我心不离此, 大众不能脱, 如是坚牢住, 昼夜不舍之。 是故贤善偈, 人当作是观。’ “如是,比丘!我持贤善偈而不解义。” “云何,天!谁持贤善偈及以义?” “此比丘!世尊在舍卫城祇树给孤独园,彼持此贤善偈及以义,是故汝比丘!当从世尊受持贤善偈及以义,善思惟念、讽诵持之。何以故?此比丘!彼贤善偈及以义,是义是法、行于梵行、成神通、至尊道、与涅槃相应。此族姓子,信乐学道,信乐出家,弃家学道,当持此贤善偈及以义,善思惟念、当奉持之。”彼天说已,礼尊者卢耶强耆足,绕尊者卢耶强耆已,即其处忽然不现。 于是尊者卢耶强耆,彼天还不久,在释䩭瘦受岁。受岁过三月已,作衣已成衣,与衣钵俱行至舍卫城,次第而行至舍卫城,住舍卫城祇树给孤独园。于是尊者卢耶强耆至世尊所,到已礼世尊足,却坐一面。尊者卢耶强耆却坐一面已,白世尊曰:“唯世尊!我一时在释䩭瘦寂静窟中。唯世尊!晨起,起已出窟,于露地施绳床,敷尼师檀已,结跏趺坐。彼时有天。形色极妙,过夜已来至我所,到已礼我足却住一面,因彼天光明,以妙光悉照窟。彼天却住一面已语我曰:‘比丘比丘!汝持贤善偈及义不?’如是说已,我报彼天曰:‘此天!我不持贤善偈及以义。汝天!持贤善偈及以义不?’如是说已,彼天报我曰:‘此比丘!我持贤善偈、不解义。’‘云何,汝天!持贤善偈而不解义?’‘此比丘!我于一时,世尊在罗阅祇迦兰陀竹园,彼为比丘说贤善偈而不解义,说此偈(如上故不重写)。如是比丘!我持贤善偈而不解义。’‘云何,天!此谁持贤善偈及以义?’‘此比丘!世尊在舍卫城祇树给孤独园,彼持贤善偈及以义。是故,汝比丘!当从世尊受持此贤善偈及以义,思惟念、当奉行之。何以故?此比丘!彼贤善偈及以义,是义、是行于梵行、成神通、至等道、与涅槃相应。此族姓子,信乐学道,信乐出家,弃家学道者,当持此贤善偈及以义,善思惟念、当奉持之。’彼天说已,礼我足绕我,即其处忽然不现。” “汝强耆!知彼天名字不?” “唯世尊!我不知彼天之名字。” “此强耆!彼名般那末难天子,是三十三天大将。” “今是世尊时!今是善逝时!愿世尊,当为诸比丘,说此贤善偈及以义。从世尊闻已,比丘当奉持之。” “是故,强耆!当善思听之,善思惟念,我当为说。” “如是,世尊!”尊者卢耶强耆受世尊教。世尊告说此偈(如上故不重写):“云何,强耆!比丘过去忆念?此强耆!或比丘色过去,若乐、若着、于中住;过去痛想行过去识,若乐、若着、于中住。如是,强耆!比丘忆念过去。云何,强耆!比丘不忆念过去?此强耆!或比丘过去色,不乐、不着亦不于中住;过去痛想行识,不乐、不着、不于中住。如是,强耆!比丘不念过去。云何,强耆!比丘当来求念?此强耆!或比丘当来色,或乐、或着、于中住;当来痛想行识,于中乐、或着、于中住。如是,强耆!比丘当来忆念。云何,强耆!或比丘当来无求念?此强耆!或比丘色,当来不有乐、不有着、不于中住;当来痛想行识,不有乐、不有着、不于中住。如是,强耆!比丘当来无求念。云何,强耆!比丘现在法思惟?此强耆!或比丘乐于现在色,于中着、于中住;现在痛想行识,于中乐、于中着、于中住。如是,强耆!比丘现在法思惟念。云何,强耆!比丘现在当不思惟念?此强耆!或比丘现在色,不有乐、不有着、不有住,痛想行识,不有乐、不有着、不有住,比丘现在法不思惟念。” 佛如是说。尊者卢耶强耆闻世尊所说,欢喜而乐。 佛说尊上经
