大正新修大藏经第 01 册 No. 0029 碱水喻经 No. 29 [No. 26(4), No. 125(39.3)] 佛说碱水喻经 失译人名今附西晋录 闻如是: 一时,婆伽婆在舍卫城祇树给孤独园。尔时世尊告诸比丘:“我与汝等说水喻七事,谛听谛思念之,我当说。”对曰:“如是,世尊!”尔时诸比丘从佛闻教。 世尊告曰:“云何,比丘!水喻七事?若人没于水;从水出头复还没水;或出头遍观四方;或出头不复没水;或有人欲行出水;或有人欲至彼岸;或有人已至彼岸,净志得立彼岸。 “彼云何人没溺于水?或有一人以不善法尽缠裹身,纯罪熟,至地狱一劫受罪不可疗治,是谓此人常没溺于水,是谓初入水没溺。 “彼云何人出头还没入水?或有一人作是没溺,有信于善法,怀惭愧,求其方便,于诸善法皆怀惭愧,彼出于水还没溺水,是谓二人没溺于水。 “彼云何人出水遍观四方?或有一人出水,彼有信于善法,有惭愧心,有勇猛意,于诸不善法皆有惭愧。彼出水上,不复没溺于水。此诸贤,是谓三人喻彼出水。 “彼云何人出水住?或有一人作是出水,有信于善法,有惭愧,有精进,于诸善法皆怀惭愧,彼于三结使尽,成须陀洹而不退转,必当还所获,是谓四人喻彼出水住。 “彼云何人出水欲至彼岸?或有一人作如是出水,彼有信于善法,有惭愧,有勇猛意,于诸善法悉怀惭愧,彼尽三结使,贪欲、瞋恚、愚痴薄,成斯陀含,来至此间而尽苦本,是谓彼人喻彼水欲至彼岸。 “云何彼人已至彼岸?或有一人便出水,有信于善法,有惭愧,有勇猛意,于诸善法皆怀惭愧,彼便尽五下分结,成阿那含,于彼般涅槃,不复来至此间,是谓六人喻彼出水已至彼岸。 “彼云何人已至彼岸,净志得立彼岸?或有一人而出水上,有信于善法,有惭愧有,勇猛意,于诸善法皆怀惭愧;或有一人尽有漏成无漏,念解脱、智慧解脱,于现法中疾得证通,而自娱乐尽生死源。梵行已立,所作已办,更不复受母胎。是谓彼人喻彼水已立彼出岸。 “如是,比丘!此七人,我今与汝等说七人喻水。诸世尊与诸声闻所应当说,有大慈,欲使获安隐,皆使得度,所谓闲居处、树下、空处露坐,汝等坐禅勿有懈怠;今不精勤后备有悔。是谓我所教敕。” 尔时诸比丘闻佛所说,欢喜奉行。 佛说碱水喻经
